This car wash cleans your vehicle if its already basically clean with light dirt and dust. I paid for a $15 wash and the gentleman covering antennas sponge washed the front grill and hood to remove the bug prior going through the wash but the rear view mirrors weren’t prewashed and I had to clean the mirrors, hood and windows in 90 degree weather because it was all still dirty. The tires were clean and dressed. I like the use of the untimed vacuums available with the cost of the wash. The hispanic medium build guy on the staff walked by as I was cleaning the mirrors, on his way to his car, asked how was everything. I told him the vehicle was still very dirty and he ignorantly (unknowing) said, “the dead bugs and dirt could be in the paint finish.” I was offended that he made such a careless statement. He suggested that I go take it through the wash again. I opted to clean it by hand to ensure that it would be spotless.
Update: Someone from company replied to my review and asked me a week ago to reach out to them via email. I send them a detailed email regarding my issue and experience at the car wash, and no one has yet to respond to my email. I believe their reply on this platform may have been a generic automated response from the company and no one may not actually seek to resolve customer complaints.👎

I have been a customer of car wash palace for a while now and today was my first time at this location and all I can say is WOW, their staff literally treated me like a queen, the place is organized and they make the experience enjoyable even for a person who hates washing their car like me. Very hard working people🙌🏼.

This car wash doesn’t clean the inside of the car well. even if you buy the 30 dollar (manager special) they did nothing. The car wash completed the outside and they literally just vacuumed which is free if I paid for the 5 dollar wash. This was a complete rip off no one should be left with this outcome. This was a huge disappointment. I’ll never return. Waste of money. The assistant manager was rude and they won’t return my 30 dollars or even ten for the interior they said was the difference. This was not a full service wash. What a rip off. Very poor customer service and management. Horrible place. If I could give -0 stars I would.

Got the manger special not a bad price point for 30$. But was not overall happy with the finish product. Out side looks good from a distance but once you get closer. You can see all the dirt marks and bug marks they have missed. Seem to be if it’s not eye level. They won’t touch it. The interior well thats like they cleaned it with a pitch fork. Not happy at all. Especially after watching your JR Manger okay the car. Overall the facility is nice

Second thought: after you guys wrote I mentioned the dead bugs on my front end, I was given an acid type treatment and a free shiny sample so it’s better but not all of it came off the string bubble gum since kids hit me with at the food trucks didn’t lift some bugs are still there. It was a long trip back and forth to Utah, and every bug flying in my space landed splattered on my front end. So now I’m paying forty bucks a month. I do prefer the system and the racks My car has a shiny mirror look, which I love. The shiny is the best. They close at seven pm, that’s for them! I’ve been through twice and all the dead bugs are all over the front of my car. They don’t keep a running water faucet to spot clean. It’s thirty bucks a month!

The actual car wash itself is just horrible. It’s sad because I have a membership and every time I go to the car wash. I feel like it’s gonna damage my car. The customer service is excellent everybody that works. There is super friendly. It’s just a car wash yourself. The vacuums aren’t so great they don’t even provide the basic paper towels like all the other car washes up. I’m an unlimited member and live up north. It’s convenient that this location is right by our condo. However, it doesn’t do a good job. The sides of my vehicle were still dirty, and the back gate is dirty still. I went through the next day, and it got oil all over the vehicle. We ended up waiting around for a half hour, and the one hardworking employee (probably manager) figured out they had a leak. They reran us through twice to get the oil off. It’s mostly off now but still has dirty spots on the side of the vehicles that it never touched. Also, there are still bugs all over the windshield after 4 washes. This car wash needs some work. Up north, they spray bug stuff on the windows, mirrors, and front bumper before you go through. Up north, they also spray the back. Very dissatisfied with this location. I’m gonna try a different location today.

I used to go to this car was all the time a lot and I went recently and apparently they are into taking high quality cars I have an older car that looks beat up. I was gonna get a car wash and and was getting ready to pay and they only had 20 dollar options, I asked if that was the only option and they told me yes. There is a much more affordable car wash 0.8 mile away called mod car wash and also has free vacuuming.

I love the unlimited plan. My car was so dirty that I had to run it through the car wash five times, and the attendance were so kind and understanding and they just let me basically drive in circles through the car wash. My car looks so good and I can’t wait to go back highly recommend.
